THE CHALLENGE

Drexel Building Supply was expanding with a new truss manufacturing plant in Wrightstown and needed to attract the right talent to grow with them. The goal wasn't just finding workers. It was finding people who would connect with Drexel's culture and want to build a meaningful career with a company who cares.

OUR APPROACH

Rather than creating a traditional recruitment video, we crafted a story-driven film that felt less like a job posting and more like an invitation into Drexel's culture. Real team members shared why they love working there, letting the culture speak for itself. We captured their Wrightstown truss plant and Kewaskum door manufacturing facility, highlighted their cutting-edge robotic technology, and created shorter versions for hiring across every platform.

THE IMPACT

The finished video became a recruiting tool that helps Drexel attract people who connect with its culture, values, and long-term vision. The campaign also created an evergreen library of content that continues to support hiring, social media, and ongoing recruitment efforts across multiple platforms.
